About The Role

Are you looking to work in a vibrant, fast paced Contact Centre setting? Do you have customers' needs at heart? If so, this could be the job for you!!  

The Contact Centre deals with more than 4000 inbound calls weekly. Our team of over 60 colleagues are the first point of contact for our tenants and customers. We deal with a variety of enquiry types and customer needs within a wide range of issues including repairs, housing service, income, emergency issues and assistance. You would also deal with a variety of other communication channels, such as Live Chat, Emails and social media. 

You will possess excellent customer service, communication, prioritisation, time management and IT skills, and will have experience in providing a customer focussed front line service. Knowledge and experience of telephone-based systems and their associated hardware and software are helpful but not essential for this post. You will be expected to work closely with other areas of the business to encourage first point resolution. You will also be expected to keep accurate notes on the CRM Systems.  

Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator, who has experience in customer service, prioritising work, and working under pressure. Whilst experience in Microsoft Office and telephony-based systems would be beneficial, it is not a requirement. 

It is essential that you are adaptable and flexible in your approach to working. You will be required to cover shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 07.00 – 20.00 there may be a requirement to work over some bank holidays.
