You will be responsible for managing damp works through to completion via our IT systems Salesforce, Total mobile and other IT platforms. Managing subcontractors’ performance for infestation, drainage and structural works as well as holding a strong understanding of construction processes and a general building environment. Experience of working with the NHF Schedule of Rates is essential and any experience of NEC and Total Connect systems would be advantageous.
