About The Role

Responsive Maintenance Team

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our busy, high-performing Responsive Maintenance Team. This role will involve carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs, maintenance and renewal works within occupied social housing properties, ensuring our customers receive an excellent, reliable service.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and customer-focused individual who is a time-served plumber with strong multi-trade skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage their workload effectively and provide an exceptional service to our residents.

As a Multi-Skilled Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and completing a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks while also undertaking associated multi-skilled works to ensure repairs are completed on the first visit wherever possible.

You will work across our housing stock, responding to repairs efficiently and professionally while maintaining excellent customer relationships and achieving performance targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Plumber to make a real difference to our customers and communities. If you are a time-served plumber with strong multi-trade experience, excellent customer care skills and confidence using handheld technology to manage your workload, we want to hear from you.

A company van, tools and equipment will be provided, enabling you to deliver a high-quality, efficient service across our housing stock. In return, you'll become part of a supportive, high-performing team committed to maintaining our homes and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
