About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Joinery Operative to join our Responsive Repairs Team.

As a Joinery Operative, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs while demonstrating a flexible, customer-focused approach to service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a variety of joinery repairs and maintenance works within occupied properties
  • Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
  • Deliver work to a high standard, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support the wider repairs service where required.

 

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Joinery or have equivalent experience.
  • Have a strong understanding of responsive repairs and property maintenance.
  • Be an experienced multi-skilled operative, with the ability to undertake a range of maintenance tasks in addition to core joinery duties.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing their workload effectively.
  • Have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be able to use company I.T on a daily basis
  • Possess a full UK driving licence.
