We are looking for a passionate, proactive and detail-oriented Site Management Officer who will play a critical role in ensuring safety, cleanliness, security and maintenance within blocks of flats and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for regularly checking various facilities such as chute and bin rooms, toilets and storerooms, ensuring they are always kept clean.
 
Working with our Neighbourhood Management team, you will monitor and address any instances of anti-social behaviour, ensuring a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all residents and maintaining a positive community.
 
You will play a key role in the upkeep of residential areas by making sure graffiti is promptly removed, maintaining cleanliness by managing litter disposal, and addressing any environmental concerns such as controlling weeds.
 
By maintaining communal areas to a high standard and ensuring the safety and security of residents, you'll help to create a welcoming and safe living environment for all.
 
For this role, you must have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You will have flexibility and willingness to occasionally work weekends, Bank Holidays and attend out of hours emergencies.
 
This role is subject to a mandatory DBS check.
