About The Role

We are Magenta Living, and empowering people is our purpose.

We work together by guiding, teaching, and cultivating knowledge and confidence to overcome challenge and seize opportunities. By uplifting each other, we extend this empowerment to our customers and communities, contributing to the well-being of the broader society we serve.

Working with us means you can open doors to a world full of possibilities!

Are you passionate about all things safeguarding; particularly when it comes to providing our customers with the means to live safely and free from the risk of harm, abuse and/or neglect? Do you have a track record of embedding a safeguarding, assurance and continuous improvement culture? If so, we have the opportunity for you!

Here at Magenta Living we have identified that we require an individual to step into an exciting Safeguarding Lead role. To be successful in this role you need to have extensive knowledge in safeguarding, modern slavery and its surrounding legislation, social housing operational practices and governance frameworks, all whilst thinking of 'doing the right thing' for our customers and communities.

We are looking for someone with proven ability to develop and embed a Safeguarding Framework, including governance and assurance of safeguarding activity across the organisation.

This is such an exciting time to join Magenta Living as we continue our business plan on the Road to 2030 where we have committed to our Purpose, Vision & Value of providing homes full of love whilst ensuring the communities we look after have access to the support they need to thrive!

If you are ready for that next step and to bring this exciting role to life by eliminating barriers to safeguarding, putting customers at the heart of what we do and ensuring our business is engaged and positive about all things safeguarding, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Please note, we will be reviewing applications throughout the advertising process and we envision there will be one stage to the interview process and plan to interview at our offices in Birkenhead in the first week of December.
